Health Almost every child has had some problems with acne by the time they are a teenager. Most are mild cases, but occasionally a severe case develops. It is very important to the child's skin health and emotional well being that these more serious conditions are dealt with. First, there remains a strong possibility, that if left unchecked, that permanent scarring will occur.
